We all know that having fruits and boiled vegetables can reduce a lot of weight but then it is not always tasty and gets monotonous in the diet. The best way to combat this boredom is to cook healthy and nutritious food and still stay healthy and lean.
Another way to have healthy food and still reduce fat is by baking certain food items. Also, keeping the food items in foil can help as it remains healthy and warm.
Having boiled fish can be good but try doing that in sauces instead of water as water might take away some of the vitamins. A steamer can also be used for the same purpose.
Grilled food is tasty yet healthy. Food can also be micro-waved and served. On the other hand, frying is not very good as it involves a lot of oil which is not good for health and especially for reducing weight. But if foods are fried with very little oil and specially that of olive and canola, it can be a form of healthy food.

Have a lot of salads and including carrot and radish will add more nutrients and help you lose weight while having healthy food. 3 parts olive oil and a bit of lemon juice (red wine vinegar can be used instead) with a bit of salt and pepper mixed together make a great food item.
If you want to have French fries, you can still have them by cutting thin slices of potatoes and then adding a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper to it. But remember to bale on a cookie sheet which is covered with foil at 220 degree Celsius and turn it every 15 minutes. You can add ketchup on top of it.
